OUR MISSION is to assist small businesses, transitioning from the start-up phase to a growing and successful emerging company, by developing a strategic plan, building a 36-month financial model, creating a custom corporate team, implementing strategy, monitoring progress, revising the plan at regular intervals and conducting an annual corporate meeting, resulting in the next strategic plan.

Growth Team Strategies shall pursue clients that have been in business for at least two years, generally in the $500,000 to $2 million in sales range, that have desire for growth and real opportunities they plan to pursue in the next 3 to 5 years.

GTS Strategic Planning Assessment

A custom, comprehensive diagnostic process designed to assist the business owner define a clear vision for the business, establish priorities, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the corporate team and create a strategic framework for success. This diagnostic tool examines corporate structure and capacity, financial performance, staff performance, operating procedures, customer surveys, competition analysis, marketing ROI and capital investment ROI and plans.

36-Month Financial Model

In the GPS model as both the "planned route" and the tool for "recalculation" when updated accounting statements are applied to the model on a quarterly
basis. This detailed model includes projections for sales, cost of goods, expenses, payroll, taxes, cash flow, debt service, balance sheet items and other key financial measures.


Coordination with Existing Team Members
The creation of the Corporate Team begins with a recognition of those on staff and those already retained by the client company that meet not only their immediate needs, but also those as outlined in the growth plans.

Selecting Professional Service Providers 
Bbeyond the original core of "Existing Team Members", the GTS advisor will work closely with each client to select from an array of Professional Service Providers to identify and retain other Corporate Team Members as needed.

Establishing Corporate Team Communications
After determining the communications needs and desires of the client and the proper authorizations, GTS will create and implement the processes and tools for communications with and amongst the Corporate Team.
